number of panic and anxiety attacks a week, you may not be able to override these feelings without some help. So

Don’t link antidepressants with
depression. Antidepressants are used to treat a number of other psychological conditions as well as panic
attacks and anxiety attacks and can be a good panic attacks treatment to start with.

antidepressants do help to prevent panic attacks in more than half of all cases of panic disorder and is a

the first place.
When the panic attacks are come less
frequent then you can stop the medication and solely use therapy or the self help treatments on the market to
stop your panic attacks and anxiety attacks for good.

shown that having therapy is better than medications as a panic attack treatment as there are no side
effects.
Types of
therapy
Therapy can come in a number of ways. You
could use a good therapist who should be able to help you cure your panic and anxiety attacks for good within 10
to 15 sessions but the drawback can be the cost.
The other way you can get therapy is to use
a self help method and there are a number of good ones. They won’t make a hole in your bank account and the
results are the same as going to a therapist with the added bonus that you did it yourself.
If you do use a therapist make sure they
have a good track record. There maybe a panic attacks treatment group or association in your area. If not you
will find them in yellow pages and they can give you advice where to look.
If you go down the self help route and find
a product that will take you step by step just as a therapist would, make sure there is a free back up service
attached where you can get more help and information if you are not sure about something. Also make sure there
are a number of happy customers recommending the product.
