away from the panic attack. The water is keeping your throat from drying but it is also helping you to control your
breathing. You are controlling your situation and not letting the panic attacks run away with you. Next time you
feel an attack starting you will automatically find yourself doing these things and taking control. So when the
panic attacks start you will automatically start to counter it.
Once your have this control, then you can
start to find out if its your past throwing something back at you or are you getting stressed out through the
